Try removing shadows of the dock icons.
Camera, calendar, mail, safari and weather icons could be much better, try another picture on the icon.
A very low glow effect would match very good with the colours of the icons you have used.
White folder is a very good idea!
I think this theme can be very very nice if you are patient.

Keep with the work my men! The main idea of theme looks very good!
